When you subscribe to A Pet Needs Help, and place your member card behind your driver's license or other ID, you’ll alert First Responders or emergency care providers that your pet needs them to call our 24/7 toll free number so that we can contact your Pet Care Helpers.

When we receive the call, we’ll immediately start calling your trusted friends, neighbors, or relatives until we contact someone who has access to your pet and can carry out your instructions.
